Fast Food Management Position

The Whitsunday Regional Council is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join their team as Fast Food Managers.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for coaching and achieving business results, with a strong focus on leading by example and taking pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop business goals and objectives to ensure growth and prosperity
  2. Analyze monthly financial transactions
  3. Purchase and maintain stock levels according to budget requirements
  4. Meet and set marketing plans and strategies to boost sales of the business
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and community awareness
  6. Develop innovative recipes and determine how to present dishes effectively
  7. Plan menus and determine prices of recipes based on costs
  8. Organize everyday functions of the business efficiently
  9. Ensure food quality control and adherence to health regulations
  10. Clean the store to ensure it is clean and functional
  11. Inspect supplies regularly
  12. Train and supervise staff when required
  13. Take orders and manage customer reservations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent overseas qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar occupation (may substitute for formal qualifications)
