Job SummaryA dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator is sought to provide expert guidance and support to nursing staff in a dynamic critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality education and evidence-based learning to optimize patient outcomes and enhance nursing practice.
- Ensure the successful completion of orientation programs and core clinical competencies for all new nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Assess and address clinical competencies, providing targeted support and development opportunities to meet individual and team needs.
- Facilitate education through engaging clinical expertise, delivering effective learning opportunities that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and practicing certificate.
- Post-graduate qualification relevant to the position, demonstrating a strong foundation in nursing leadership and education.
- Demonstrated expertise in current nursing issues and practices, with a focus on cardiothoracic ICU nursing.
- Minimum five years of post-graduate experience in clinical practice, with a proven track record of success in nursing education and leadership.
