Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior System and Data Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that improve system efficiency, manage complex data, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions in the early childhood sector.

  • Identify and develop strategies to ensure effective administration of regulatory systems and compliance with information management requirements.
  • Manage projects and activities to ensure development, collection, storage, extraction, analysis, reporting and maintenance of complex data sets.
  • Research and monitor activities and users' needs across the organization and stakeholders to assess business requirements and develop effective business processes through improvements in information systems, management, practices and procedures.
  • Support the use of contemporary information management and business intelligence software and solutions to present and distribute organizational data and statistics in an accessible format.
  • Provide insightful strategic, operational and tactical intelligence products that contribute to best practice early childhood regulation.
  • Establish the capability to support intelligence-led compliance planning and delivery that reduces risk to children in the early childhood sector.
