We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team of health information professionals and data technology specialists. If you're passionate about clinical coding, health information management, product innovation, and client engagement, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

This role is based out of our North Sydney Head Office with flexibility to work from client locations and home. You'll provide subject matter expertise across our coding products, support implementation, optimisation, and training, deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, conduct ICD-10-AM coding audits and contribute to product development.

Key qualifications include Health Information Management or Clinical Coding qualifications, eligible for HIMAA full membership, 5–10 years' experience in HIM/clinical coding, auditing qualifications (La Trobe University or equivalent highly desirable), strong knowledge of ICD-10-AM and Activity Based Funding, excellent communication and public speaking skills, ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and willingness to travel within Australia (optional overseas travel).
