**About the role**

Our client, a government agency, seeks an experienced Digital Learning Lead for a full-time, 3 month contract based in Melbourne CBD with a start date for end of February/beginning of March.

**Responsibilities and tasks**:
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting training needs assessments to determine skills and knowledge gaps and inform a strategic approach to training design and delivery
- Leading the design, development and delivery of a suite of training resources to support the implementation of new systems and ways of working
- Supporting the Transformation Program and project teams in all aspects of training delivery across project implementation and system embedding phases, ensuring that training programs are delivered within agreed timelines
- Sharing insights from training delivery and assessments with relevant project teams to shape planning efforts and support effective change adoption across the Transformation Program initiatives
- Monitoring, evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement

**Experience and Qualifications**:
The experience and qualifications you will need to demonstrate include:

- Qualification in Learning and Development, Education, Training or related field and/or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated skills and experience in training and assessment processes including training needs analysis and advanced facilitation skills
- Previous experience working in the government sector is highly desirable
