Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our kitchen team.

The Role
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the assigned workstation.
  • To consistently deliver high-quality dishes and provide exceptional service at all times.
  • To have full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned station to the standard set.
  • Be flexible and adapt to required rotation within the culinary division.
  • Maintain the general standards of the kitchen as well as implement the kitchen manual rules and regulations for your section.
  • E nsure that all colleagues adhere to guidelines in accordance with the Food, Health, Hygiene and Safety manuals.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary education or relevant culinary qualifications.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene experience.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
