We are seeking a talented Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
The ideal candidate will have completed a chef apprenticeship and hold a certificate in commercial cookery. Experience as a Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant is preferred, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
- Prepare mis-en-place for assigned sections.
- Assist with quality control of items.
- Completion of Chef Apprenticeship.
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
- Experience as a Commis Chef in a high-end restaurant.
