The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of innovative research, expertise in plasma processing, materials/surface science and engineering, and experience collaborating with industry stakeholders.
They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and motivate junior members of the team, and experience in university-level teaching.
