Speech Pathology Specialist

Speech Pathologists play a vital role in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. The position we are seeking to fill requires a skilled professional who can provide high-quality care to patients of all ages.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in speech-language pathology or a related field, as well as current licensure to practice. They must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing communication and swallowing disorders, developing treatment plans, and providing individual or group therapy to patients. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and train family members, caregivers, and other healthcare staff on ways to support patients' communication development and care.
A key aspect of this position is your ability to assess and treat patients with voice disorders, as well as design and provide augmentative and alternative communication devices. Your strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills will enable you to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
