Job Title: Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to play a vital role in our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise within the workers compensation scheme and experience in claims management.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to claims teams, review and provide feedback on current claims management practices and procedures, and develop and implement injury management strategies. They will also provide specialist Injury Management coaching and one-on-one support to team members regarding claims management strategy and treatment approvals.
