
Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking an Injury Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing workplace injuries and a strong understanding of workers compensation legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the return to work process for injured employees.
- Be the primary point of contact for injured employees and provide support throughout their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with health professionals, rehabilitation providers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor injury recovery progress and implement appropriate return-to-work plans.
- Investigate significant incidents and drive claim outcomes.
- Conduct claim reviews and prepare reports on return-to-work statistics and case outcomes.
- Maintain accurate reporting with internal systems.
Requirements:
- Qualification in return to work coordination or an allied health field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in injury management.
- In-depth knowledge of workers compensation legislation and injury management best practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
