**Job Title:** Mental Health Clinician

At Access Psych, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health clinician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical professionals, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • General and Provisional Psychologist Registered with AHPRA; or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker–AASW;
  • Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations;
  • Permanent residency in Australia;
  • Passion for improving lives through work and health;
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
