We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cardiology Care Specialist to join our team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering exceptional patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have experience in cardiology settings, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to ongoing professional development is essential for success in this role.

About the Role
  • This position involves assisting with procedures in the non-invasive cardiology department, including Holter Monitors, stress testing, TOE/DCR procedures, and booking patients for procedures.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to book appropriate and timely procedures to achieve best patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate sound and collaborative communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in a cardiology setting is highly desirable.
  • Must meet the essential criteria outlined in the Statement of Duties.
  • Current eligibility to work in Australia.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $78,179 to $105,995 per annum pro rata.
  • Salary packaging and superannuation: 12% employer superannuation contribution on top of the base salary.
  • Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.
  • Access to salary range progression to Grade 4 subject to progression requirements.
Working Arrangements
  • This is a permanent part-time position, with hours to be negotiated.
  • The selected candidate will be required to work within a rotational framework, with 16 hours per fortnight available.
