Support Care Associate

We are seeking Support Care Associates to join our team in Tasmania. As a Support Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and assisting with personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry\
  • Provide support with personal care, such as bathing and dressing\
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote their well-being\
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior\
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care\
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress\\
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge\\
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection\\
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment\\
  • Perform other duties as required\\-/ul\\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desired)\
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle\
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation\
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time\
  • A desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others\\-/ul\\
