Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance and Results Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of performance and reporting to meet contractual obligations.

You will work closely with Senior Management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement and sustainability of best practice processes.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyse data to provide insights on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance for contractual services, submitting results to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that senior management and finance teams are aware of any potential contractual breaches.
  • Manage the investigation and close out of contract breaches, maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards for senior management, providing an overview of KPI performance.
  • Actively manage the close out of open incidents, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Review and ensure timely delivery of monthly contractual reports, KPI performance reports, and ad hoc reporting for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and other mechanisms to improve compliance and culture.
  • Conduct KPI performance audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in PowerBi and experience in a similar role
  • High level of competency with MS Office suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Results-focused with ability to prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions, and work towards achieving successful outcomes
