As part of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative campaigns. You'll work closely with our commercial and strategy teams to develop a comprehensive B2B growth marketing strategy across all channels, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a performance marketing strategy to accelerate customer acquisition efforts.
  • Work with the global marketing team to plan and execute online performance campaigns.
  • Drive continuous testing and iteration across performance marketing initiatives.
  • Unpack and optimize digital performance creative, working closely with design and content teams.
  • Analyze performance rigorously, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
  • Customer-first approach with ability to tailor campaigns to specific audience segments.
  • Results-driven mindset with hunger to find creative solutions.
