Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment that offers opportunities for growth and progression. As a Performance Manager, you will be based in Parramatta and work with a dynamic and supportive team environment.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of various systems and services, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Develop and maintain reporting skills, with a clear understanding of data management and analysis.
  • Provide excellent training and support to clients and colleagues on using performance reporting tools.
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met, aligning with service level agreements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights for improvement.
  • Verify the accuracy of data within systems and reporting tools.
  • Update and maintain system databases to ensure accurate portfolio listings.
  • Monitor and report on external service centre performance.
  • Manage quote approval processes, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain business processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in subcontracts and/or facilities management, preferably in related outsourcing services environments.
  • Strong background in contract administration, reporting, and database management.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and report on property/facility and financial information and trends, with experience in developing complex KPIs.
  • Knowledge and experience in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Able to prioritize work within tight deadlines, working independently or as part of a team.
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in property, commerce, business, or similar disciplines.
  • Problem-solving ability to think critically.
  • Confidence to take independent decisions but with judgment to seek advice when required.
