We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers throughout their journey, providing personalized support and addressing concerns with empathy and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints and objections in a fair and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service support, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school certificate required, with 2+ years of experience in customer relations or related fields.
  • Demonstrated complaint handling experience and knowledge of the automotive industry and luxury sectors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with active listening skills and a knack for objection handling and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
