About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing of property vacancies
  • Conducting entry and exit inspections
  • Performing routine inspections and distributing reports to property owners
  • Coordinating rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Monitoring arrears and tenant payments
  • Overseeing maintenance tasks and related invoicing
  • Ensuring compliance with key regulations
  • Attending to owner inquiries as required
  • Assisting with trust accounting
  • Participating in weekly team meetings

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property management
  • Ability to work Saturdays as required
  • Trust accounting experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Self-management skills paired with a desire to collaborate within a team environment
  • High attention to detail
