
Hospitality Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting and coaching venue managers to achieve sustainable business targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations or strong single site management looking for the next career step. You will be a change agent, driving and embedding initiatives within venues, as well as bringing your own fresh ideas to your team and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop venue leaders in your portfolio to build capability in the business
- Lead venue teams to adopt a guest-first approach to offer an authentic and local guest experience
- Educate and coach venues on the business strategy, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to the delivery of the strategy in their venue
- Lead venue teams to take accountability for the financial performance of their venues, maximising sales and profitability, and taking action for improved results
- Actively demonstrate safety leadership, ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are understood and adhered to by teams
- Ensure venues fully comply with all statutory legislation, accreditations, and workplace policies such as liquor licensing, gaming legislation, industrial awards, food safety program, smoking, OHS, and trade practices
About You:
- Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations or strong single site management, looking for the next career step
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging guest data and insights
- Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship, and communication skills
- Eligible to meet state/territory licensing requirements (includes a probity check)
