Front Office Supervisor

Nestled in the heart of Melbourne, this exciting new hotel combines the boutique charm with modern comfort. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee daily activity across departments and ensure seamless service excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the front office department.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, attention to detail, and personal recognition from the front office team.
  • Engage with guests throughout their stay, responding to complaints and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the hotel grounds and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other departments as required.
  • Train colleagues to perform their job duties effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Three years of guest service/hotel experience, including at least one year in a management capacity.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, turning issues into opportunities that create great guest experiences.
  • Compliance with industry standards for Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid & CPR.
  • Flexibility, including willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
