Job Description:

  • Take responsibility for the full AR/AP function
  • Assist on EOM/BAS reporting
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare GST returns and bank reconciliations
  • Maintain fixed assets register and annual review
  • Update cashflow report on a weekly basis
  • Prepare monthly retail reports

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Accounting
  • Sound knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping processes
  • At least 2 years' experience in Assistant Accounting roles
  • Previous experience in supporting month-end closing and general reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary Package: $70,000 + benefits
