As a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes for a large government department located in Adelaide's CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your expertise in payroll support administration and make a real impact.

Estimated Salary: $43-45 per hour plus Super

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll processing support or workforce planning administration, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. You will also possess technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new programs, as well as high-level verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processes for a high volume of employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll information is up-to-date and accurate.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in payroll processing support or workforce planning administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new programs.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve conflicts promptly.
