Your Responsibilities

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience throughout the vehicle servicing process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming members and verifying vehicle details, including make, model, and service requirements.
  • Providing detailed estimates for repair and maintenance services, clearly explaining the necessary work and offering recommendations for additional services.
  • Collaborating with technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed promptly.
  • Keeping members informed with regular updates regarding the status of their vehicles.
  • Addressing member inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Preparing and finalizing repair orders.
  • Supporting team efforts to meet sales targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Understanding and contributing to revenue and profit objectives.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to site and mobile services, including data entry, record maintenance, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Managing part returns and ensuring accurate allocation of part numbers on repair orders.
