Integration Lead Role:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Lead to oversee the development of our integration platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical direction and leadership to our development teams, ensuring that all integration projects meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for technical queries and issues
  • Provide accurate estimates of project timelines and resource requirements
  • Oversee the resolution of technical issues raised on the issues register
  • Collaborate with Architects/Analysts to ensure that they have a thorough understanding of technical issues
  • Contribute to the design of Application Architecture in conjunction with Project Leads
  • Ensure that all technical requirements are met, including capacity, security, scalability, performance, error handling, robustness, extensibility, etc.
  • Develop and implement proof of concept prototyping
  • Enforce adherence to programming standards in development
  • Ensure regular internal project code reviews are conducted
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in multiple platforms and technologies, including iPaaS with strong MuleSoft knowledge, and event-driven systems such as Kafka

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Container Orchestration, Observability, CI/CD)
  • Knowledge of modern security practices
  • Modern API platform design principles (REST, GraphQL, etc.)
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
  • An advocate for incremental evolution of Integration platforms
