About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft Integration Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Integration team, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation journeys for customers through human-centered design thinking and consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolving and shaping the strategy, architecture, platform, and standards for the Integration team.
  • Providing technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain.
  • Leading and mentoring the integration team through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and providing hands-on delivery guidance.
  • Specifying and publishing standards around APIs and Integrations.
  • Taking ownership of integration architecture to solve business problems and generate maximum value for stakeholders.
  • Transforming business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications.
  • Partnering with other functions across IT & business to ensure collaboration, consistency, and quality of solutions.
  • Designing reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects.
  • Ensuring self and development team adhere to documented design and development patterns and standards.
  • Providing mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers.
  • Providing continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances.
  • Maintaining transparent communication – appropriate communicate organization information through department meetings, one on one meetings, and appropriate email communication.
  • Understanding the business processes, pain points, business needs, and customer experience to design MuleSoft based technical solutions.
  • Achieving appropriate technical certifications on offer from MuleSoft and Confluent and applying their capabilities appropriately to business problems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years working in the MuleSoft ecosystem as an Integration Architect with experience in transforming complex strategic business requirements into workable solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree level or higher.
  • MuleSoft, Confluent, and relevant certifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
  • Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and API strategy development.
  • Experience with the entire API development lifecycle from design & build to governance & management.
  • Experience with event brokers platforms like Kafka and Solace.
  • Experience integrating with SaaS solutions like Salesforce.com, Splunk, and Azure.
  • Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, and JDBC.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts, and build pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Domain driven design and data modelling.
