Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical MuleSoft Architect to drive the integration of business systems and propel digital transformation journeys with human-centered design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the architecture for integration initiatives, aligning strategy, standards, and platforms to business needs.
  • Evolving and shaping the strategy, architecture, platform, and standards for the Integration team.
  • Providing technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain.
  • Leading and mentoring the integration team through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and providing hands-on delivery guidance.
  • Specifying and publishing standards around APIs and Integrations.
  • Designing reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to documented design and development patterns and standards.
  • Providing mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers.
  • Maintaining transparent communication via department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and email.
  • Achieving appropriate technical certifications on MuleSoft and Confluent and applying their capabilities to business problems.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years working in the MuleSoft and Confluent ecosystem as an Integration Architect with experience transforming complex business requirements into workable solutions.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  3. MuleSoft, Confluent, and relevant certifications.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Leadership.
  6. Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
  7. Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and API strategy development.
  8. Experience with the API development lifecycle from design to governance and management.
  9. Experience integrating with SaaS solutions like Salesforce, Splunk, and Azure.
  10. Experience with XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, and JDBC.
  11. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts, and build pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  12. Experience with Domain-Driven Design and data modelling.
