DXC Technology is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Technical Architect to join our team and help propel government customers' digital transformation journeys with human-centered design thinking and consultation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Unlock what's possible. Shape the strategy, architecture, platform, and standards for the Integration team.
• Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain.
• Lead and mentor the integration team through complex, multi-phased delivery projects with hands-on guidance.
• Specify and publish standards around APIs and integrations.
• Own the integration architecture to solve business problems and maximize stakeholder value.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture and design specifications.
• Partner with IT and business functions to ensure collaboration, consistency, and quality of solutions.
• Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects.
• Ensure adherence to documented design and development patterns and standards.
• Mentor developers on advanced concepts and capabilities.
• Pursue continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances.
• Maintain transparent communication through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email communication.
• Understand business processes, pain points, and customer experience to design MuleSoft-based technical solutions.
• Pursue applicable MuleSoft and Confluent certifications and apply capabilities to business problems.

The Skills You Will Bring

• Minimum 5 years working in the MuleSoft and Confluent ecosystem as an Integration Architect with experience translating complex business requirements into workable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• MuleSoft, Confluent and relevant certifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; leadership abilities.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture; API strategy development.
• Experience with the API development lifecycle from design to governance and management.
• Experience with event broker platforms like Kafka and Solace.
• Experience integrating with SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, Splunk, and Azure.
• Experience with web connectivity and integration standards/protocols (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and build pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Experience with domain-driven design and data modeling.
