Global Life Sciences Talent Sourcing Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive network to connect with and attract high-calibre professionals within the Australian life sciences community. You will also manage a contract worker base from a recruitment perspective.

This is a 360-degree role that requires minimal supervision/training. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Utilising your established network to identify and engage with key professionals.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our customer base which spans biotech, government, and regulatory/academic life sciences bodies.
  • Leverage your existing network to expedite the placement process and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging talent in the global life sciences landscape.

You will be responsible for placing both contract and permanent roles, as well as developing and delivering to new clients.

Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a specialization in life sciences.
  • Deep understanding of global life sciences standards, qualifications, technical SME and regulatory requirements.
  • Track record of successfully placing/relocating life sciences professionals internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to tailor recruitment strategies to meet unique client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Biotech/Pharm Engineering essential.
