  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
Key Experience and Competencies:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with expertise in developing inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
