Life Sciences Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a pivotal role where you will leverage your extensive professional network to connect with and attract top-level global life sciences professionals, encouraging them to relocate to Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your established relationships within the Irish/European Life Sciences communities to identify and engage key SME professionals.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within our customer base spanning biotech, government, and regulatory/academic life sciences bodies.
  • Lead international recruitment campaigns, highlighting the benefits of working in the Australian healthcare system.
  • Expedite the placement process by leveraging your existing network, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging talent in the global life sciences landscape.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with specialization in life sciences.
  • Established network within the Irish/global life sciences sectors.
  • Deep understanding of global life sciences standards, qualifications, technical SME, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track record of successfully placing/relocating life sciences professionals internationally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to tailor recruitment strategies to meet unique client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Engineering essential.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities.
