Job Summary:

A Restoration Specialist is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making a positive impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage.
  • Evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, fire damage restoration, and set-up of specialty equipment.
  • Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and necessary supplies for each project.
  • Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements with supervisors.
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
  • Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site cleanup.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related field preferred.
  • IICRC certification is an asset.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

This role requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
