Vehicle Restoration Specialist

About the Role
Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of this position is to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This involves undertaking quality workmanship and applying knowledge of motor vehicles while interacting with a range of people.
This role requires the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, working within the company's large network of repair facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
- Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
- Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
- Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as required
- Managing suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner
- Assisting with production management of the centre where required
- Experience and qualifications in Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator role
- Knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills
