About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Detailing Specialist to join our team. As a Detailing Specialist, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning and restoring vehicles to meet client expectations.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure every vehicle is returned to its owner in pristine condition. You will work on personal vehicles, luxury cars, and fleet vehicles, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
  • Wash and polish vehicle exteriors, including windows, rims, and tires.
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and floor mats.
  • Clean and condition leather surfaces, dashboards, door panels, and other interior features.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to protect both the vehicle and detailing equipment.
  • Manage and maintain detailing equipment and ensure all tools are in working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with each completed job.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in car detailing or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of different cleaning and restoration products, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as scrubbing, polishing, and bending for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for mobile detailers).

Benefits:

  • $100 for each job completed (Interior and exterior wash)
  • Extra on wax polish and other services
  • Extra on more than 35 mile radius

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
