Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide expert labour in restoration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing restoration services to various types of properties and buildings across the region.
  • Liaising with office staff to complete designated jobs to the highest standards.
  • Completing job documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attending water damage, sewerage ingress and mould jobs for domestic, industrial and commercial properties.
  • Preparing damage/inspection and inventory list reports for insurers.
  • Performing mitigation and restoration works as required, including equipment installation and monitoring.

Selection Criteria:

  • Experience as a restoration technician is essential.
  • Flexibility to work on-call and adapt to emergency situations.

This is a subcontract role requiring flexibility, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. We encourage applicants who can deliver exceptional results and work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Restoration Expertise

The ideal candidate will have experience working with water damage, sewerage ingress, and mould remediation. They will be proficient in completing job documentation and preparing reports for insurers.

Technical Skills

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and knowledge of restoration equipment and procedures. They will be able to install and monitor equipment as required.

Communication Skills

Effective communication is critical for this role. The candidate will need to liaise with office staff and communicate with clients in a clear and concise manner.
