Agricultural Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Agricultural Consultant. This role will involve providing strategic advice and technical support to enhance flower production systems, soil management, pest and disease control, and sustainable farming practices.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for on-farm staff related to plant health, fertigation, spray programs, and post-harvest handling.
  • Provide technical support to improve flower production systems, soil management, pest and disease control, and sustainable farming practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy or a closely related field.
  • At least one year of professional experience in a similar consulting or technical agribusiness role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of floriculture, crop cycles, soil and plant health management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
