Job Overview

As a seasoned grain marketing professional, you will play a key role in providing expert services to growers by fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating within established strategies and guidelines to achieve margin and volume targets, while maintaining accurate records and regular communication with site managers.

This role requires a deep understanding of agricultural systems, strong analytical skills, and intermediate computing capabilities. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement site-specific strategies to reach budgeted receivals into allocated sites.
  • Accurately record all purchase contracts and amendments into Salesforce within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain weekly contact with assigned Site Managers to discuss progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an agricultural discipline are preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of South Australian/Victorian agriculture and farming systems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and intermediate general computing skills.
  • Understanding of Salesforce and Grainmate.
  • GTA Trade Rules Qualification.
