Job Description:

Agricultural Technology Specialist

XAG Australia is a leading developer and implementer of cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and smart agriculture solutions.

As a member of our team, you will be working on the development and implementation of innovative agricultural technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues via various communication channels, including phone/video calls with clients and in-person repair or testing of drones
  • Travel nationally to assist with product demonstrations and promotions
  • Provide support for XAG products to clients
  • Test and dispatch client orders
  • Conduct thorough testing of new products and provide feedback and training to colleagues
  • Liaise with the international XAG team and research and development department in China
  • Assist the in-house surveyor with drone-data capture and processing as needed

Essential Skills:

  • Technical support experience
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse clients and technicians
  • Enthusiasm for learning and career growth within the company and industry
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both spoken and written
  • Australian Driver's Permit
