Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administration Assistant to join our team in Wagga Wagga. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of our office, ensuring all staff compliances are current and correct, and providing exceptional support to our administration team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the office team, including answering phone calls, greeting clients and carers, and collecting compliance items.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Communication and Liaison
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, carers, and other service providers.
- Liaise with the administration team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of office activities.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure all staff compliances are current and correct, including national police checks and COVID-19 vaccinations.
- Contribute to the maintenance of high-quality services by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
- Essential Criteria
- Empathetic, passionate, and caring approach to working with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the aged care, disability, or health sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of the Aged Care, Disability, and/or Health systems.
- Customer service experience, preferably in the industry.
- National Police Check and COVID-19 Vaccination.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Desirable Criteria
- Experience with standard computer programs and the ability to quickly learn new programs.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care, Disability, and/or Health systems.
