About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of our projects, working closely with our project managers and teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including QA/QC records and project reports
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a project coordination or administration role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
  • Construction induction white card and police clearance
