Job Title: Learning Development Specialist

Overview:

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training solutions through our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive training programs across various departments with a focus on onboarding and induction processes.
  • Develop and prepare training materials, including manuals and multimedia resources for delivery via the LMS.
  • Coordinate LMS administration, ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting functions.
  • Deliver training through diverse formats such as online modules, role plays, simulations, and group discussions.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure content aligns with organisational standards.
  • Analyse feedback to continuously improve training content and adjust delivery methods.
  • Provide technical support for colleagues and senior management on the LMS.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly within fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies.
  • Expertise in eLearning tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
