The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Operations Manager to lead our team at David Jones Bondi Concession. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising and store displays
  • Manage inventory levels, stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Business Manager to drive business results and optimize store performance
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to build a loyal community
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a similar fashion retailer
  • Strong understanding of sales drivers, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
