Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operations of Beneficial Use Facilities, including receipt, delivery and placement operations.
  • Supervise maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain operational and compliant with regulations.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members at various levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Directly and indirectly manage a team of supervisors and hourly facility processing staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate closely with the safety team to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Produce reports for senior management and regulatory agencies, providing insights into facility performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, civil engineering or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facility operations, with a proven track record of supervisory success.
  • Background in managing treatment, processing, recycling and transfer facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
