Service Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to fill a 6-month contract position with potential for further opportunities.

This role involves scheduling field technicians for onsite work, providing administrative support to service colleagues, selecting and ordering spare parts, answering after-sales calls, preparing quotes for various repair works and spare parts, and following up on open work orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating schedules for field technicians to ensure efficient and effective onsite work
  • Providing administrative support to service colleagues, including tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Procuring spare parts and ensuring timely delivery
  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns related to after-sales services
  • Preparing and submitting quotes for repair works and spare parts
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding work orders to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proficiency in using systems such as SAP and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented environment would be advantageous
