About the Role
- Lead sales teams within your market to deliver results aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with central functions to drive site performance and profitability.
- Through effective leadership and tactical planning, increase market share, enhance customer experience, and execute improvement plans that achieve both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing sales teams to deliver results aligned with the business plan, ensuring team engagement, capability development, and a strong performance culture.
- Collaborate with central functions, Retail Centre Managers, and OEM partners to align operational execution with profitability and customer experience targets.
- Drive market share growth and profitability by executing marketing plans, identifying business improvement opportunities, and embedding digital technologies to streamline the sales process.
- Ensure financial performance by achieving KPIs across vehicle volume, gross profit, F&I, aftermarket sales, and cost control, while optimising stock management and forecasting.
- Champion a customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional service, maximises lead conversion, meets OEM satisfaction standards, and drives repeat business.
- Implement and maintain operational best practices and compliance across all sites, continuously improving processes to support sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in a sales-focused environment, with the ability to drive accountability, performance, and team development.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to manage full P&L responsibility, influence key stakeholders, and deliver both customer satisfaction and business results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, engage, and guide teams through change while aligning them to business goals and vision.
- A passion for products and a willingness to work collaboratively with OEM partners and internal stakeholders are essential.
