Senior Sales Leadership Role

This is a senior sales leadership position that focuses on leading, coaching and inspiring a team of 12 sales consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and recognising wins.

About the Position
  • Lead and coach a team of sales consultants to achieve targets and exceed them
  • Monitor daily sales activity and provide support to consultants to hit targets
  • Create a positive and engaging team culture where people genuinely want to contribute and perform at their best
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of team members
  • Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to refine processes and boost efficiency
  • Handle escalations with confidence and ensure exceptional customer outcomes
Key Requirements
  • Health insurance subject matter expertise
  • Natural leadership skills with strong coaching, mentoring and team development abilities
  • A data-driven approach with a focus on KPIs and building high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • High energy and emotional intelligence to lift others up and lead by example
  • Comfortable managing under pressure and adapting when needed
  • Prior sales leadership experience in a call centre or fast-paced sales environment is highly desirable
