About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Merchandise Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising and promoting our non-alcoholic products in stores across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain displays, shelves, and fridges to ensure our products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
- Frequently lift and move heavy items, up to 16kgs, to stock and restock shelves.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management to ensure our products are displayed and promoted effectively.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Australian Driver's License and a reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
- The right to work in Australia.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work extra hours during peak periods.
