Job Summary:

Live Nation Australasia is seeking an experienced Comedy Promoter to join our team. As a key member of our comedy touring team, you will be responsible for procuring, promoting, and delivering comedy events that captivate audiences across Australasia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of secured comedy tour productions, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure that every aspect meets our Live Nation standards for quality and stays within budget.
  • Work in tandem with our Marketing, Sponsorship, and Ticketing teams to craft marketing plans and explore new and exciting VIP experiences.
  • Play an important role in shaping our long-term strategy for growing the comedy genre within the Live Nation Australasia business.
  • Regularly provide updates and forecasts to the SVP of Concerts & Touring, ensuring that Live Nation Australasia's initiatives align with broader business goals while maintaining transparency and accountability.

  • Strong background in comedy promotion and an extensive network within the industry.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and excel in navigating tricky scenarios, such as artist cancellations.
  • Collaboration and communication skills that make you a great team member who can work across various departments and time zones.
