National Bid Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional National Bid Manager to drive the success of major tenders and proposals across the country.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Proven experience in bid/tender management, preferably in a national or B2B environment.
    • Excellent project management, writing, and editing skills.
    • Able to lead cross-functional teams under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bid Strategy:
    • Develop winning bid strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Maintain a bid library with reusable content and case studies.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and proposal materials.
    • Lead the development of national campaigns in line with brand positioning and business strategy.

This is a full-time role with flexible hybrid working arrangements. The location is ACS HQ in Mulgrave, with plans to move to a new office in South Melbourne in late 2025.
