Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Gladstone. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base, proactively seeking solutions that drive the right outcome for both customers and business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver friendly, efficient service to customers via phone, email, and internal business systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests, take ownership of enquiries, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Review customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by staying informed on processes and providing tailored solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a high-volume call centre environment, a customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach, excellent customer service skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or cloud-based CRM systems.
